All Claims must be reported within 3 days of receiving your product and pictures must be provided to verify your Claim. Any Claims after 3 days of receiving your product will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances so please choose your product wisely. Please contact us if you would like a picture of the product you are interested in, or you can find all of our products through a Google search online.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If there is an issue with the product that you received, then we will repost your order for you free of charge. All Claims must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order, anything past 3 days will not be accepted.
