Due to strict rules and regulations with purchasing tobacco products online we must follow our EFTPOS providers terms and conditions with processing credit card payments.As tobacco is classified as a high risk purchase we can only process your credit card payments manually as EFTPOS providers will no longer approve Tobacco and Cigarettes websites to have a payment gateway to process your payments directly through the website.
What we require is a copy of your credit card front and back and also a form of identification (we suggest a driver’s licence or passport) to be emailed to us at sales@tobaccoexpressaustralia.com. Once we receive the required documents we will process your payment and then confirm back to you once this is done. The name on the credit card and identification must match and our credit card provider reserves the right to place a credit card payment on hold if they believe it may be fraudulent until they can deem that the payment is safe and can be processed. We do not keep any credit card details or identification details on hand so every time you place an order you will be required to follow the same process.
